Estimated time for this service is 15 minutes to 45 minutes, depending on your system’s connection speeds, etc. Please be aware that if the harddrive shows signs of failure, no other remote services will be recommended or rendered, and it is recommended that you take your system to a physical repair location to have the harddrive replaced (such as Geek Squad, Office Depot, or a local repair shop).
